⚡ In development — launching Q2 2027

Enterprise-grade asset tracking.
Small-business simple.

Trisys Suite is a cloud platform that gives every item in your business a globally unique, EPC-standard identity — start with QR codes and the smartphones your team already owns, and scale seamlessly to professional RFID when your volume demands it. One solution, every scale.

Our story

The intelligence of RFID, without the price tag

For decades, the world's largest warehouses and retail chains have run on a quiet superpower: RFID. Every pallet, every carton, every single item carries an Electronic Product Code (EPC) — a globally unique identity that lets companies know exactly what they own, where it is, and where it's been. No guesswork. No spreadsheets. No lost stock.

But that superpower has always had a gatekeeper: cost. RFID readers, tags, antennas, integration projects — an entry ticket priced for the Fortune 500, not for the workshop on your street, the bike shop in your town, or the growing distributor with two warehouses and a van.

And cost isn't even the worst of it. If you've ever lived through a big system implementation, you know the quiet dread: months of consultants, migrations and training — and then the moment you realize the system doesn't fit the way your business actually works. An enterprise absorbs a failed rollout as a line item. For a small business, it can be the year's whole profit. That risk, more than any price tag, is what has kept serious tracking out of reach.

So we asked a simple question: what if the intelligence of RFID didn't need the hardware — or the leap of faith?

The answer was hiding in plain sight — in everyone's pocket. Trisys Suite takes the same proven EPC principles that power global supply chains and encodes them into QR codes: printable on any label printer for a fraction of a cent, readable by any smartphone ever made. The standards stay enterprise. The experience becomes effortless. And suddenly, serialized item-level tracking belongs to every business — not just the biggest ones.

And because your identities are EPC-standard from day one, the road doesn't end at QR. When your volume grows, the very same platform speaks native RFID: add professional readers, gates and tags — supplied and configured by us, with top-tier equipment for heavy workloads — and keep every workflow, every label standard, every piece of history you've built. One solution that covers every need, from your first ten items to your millionth.

How it works

Four steps from chaos to clarity

1

Create identities

Every product, asset or batch gets a globally unique, EPC-standard serialized identity in your cloud workspace.

2

Print QR labels

Identities are encoded as QR codes. Print them with any printer, on any label — no proprietary hardware, ever.

3

Scan with any phone — or pro hardware

Your team scans items with the smartphones they already own — receiving, moving, counting, selling, servicing. Ready for more? The same flows run on state-of-the-art terminals and RFID readers with multi-scan.

4

See everything

Every scan flows into one live dashboard: real-time stock, item history, locations and alerts — from anywhere.

The platform

Built cloud-first, priced SMB-first

🏷️

EPC-standard identities

Serialized, globally unique item codes built on the same standards trusted by global supply chains.

📱

Zero hardware — or state of the art

Any smartphone is a reader from day one, no upfront investment. And the same solution runs on advanced professional hardware with multi-scan — capturing hundreds of items in a single pass.

☁️

Cloud content management

One secure workspace for your items, locations, teams and workflows — always in sync, on every device.

📍

Item-level traceability

Follow each individual unit through its whole life: received, stored, moved, sold, returned, serviced.

📊

Live insights

Real-time inventory, movement history and smart alerts that tell you what needs attention before it hurts.

🔌

Open by design

A clean API from day one, so Trisys Suite plugs into your shop, ERP or accounting stack instead of replacing it.

🖨️

Smart printing, straight from the cloud

Trisys Suite manages your label printers directly from the cloud, speaking native ZPL. Combined with linerless labels, one printer holds twice the label capacity per roll — and the same roll produces multiple label formats on demand, each label cut to the length its content actually needs, down to fully custom formats per item. The result: major savings on consumables, fewer roll changes and zero backing-paper waste.

One solution, every scale

From your first QR label to full RFID

The same platform, the same EPC identities, the same dashboard — only the reading technology grows with you. No migrations, no starting over.

🌱

Start — QR only

Print QR labels, scan with smartphones, track everything in the cloud. Zero hardware investment, running in a day.

🚀

Grow — hybrid

Mix QR with RFID where it pays off: tag high-value or fast-moving stock while the rest stays on QR. Both feed the same system, side by side.

🏭

Scale — full RFID

For heavy workloads we deliver the complete package: top-tier professional readers, gates and tags, supplied and configured by us for bulk, hands-free scanning at industrial speed — available from our AutoID equipment store (opening Q1 2027), to buy or as Hardware-as-a-Service: a monthly subscription with support and replacement included, zero upfront investment.

For hardware partners

Let's open the SMB market together

RFID hardware has a distribution problem: the customers who'd benefit most are too small for enterprise sales cycles. Trisys Suite fixes that — every business that starts on QR is a future RFID customer, warmed up and ready.

📈

A funnel, not a pitch

Our customers adopt serialized tracking first and graduate to RFID as they grow — arriving as qualified, educated buyers for readers, printers, tags and consumables in a segment your channel can't reach economically.

Certified, not just compatible

The Trisys Ready program: devices tested, cloud-managed and working out of the box. We build on the standards you already speak — GS1 EPC, RAIN RFID, ZPL, LLRP — so integration is engineering, not guesswork.

🛒

Built-in distribution

Our AutoID equipment store opens Q1 2027, selling hardware at the exact moment customers need it — inside the workflow. Featured placement, bundles and co-marketing for certified partners.

Roadmap

Where we are on the journey

Now

Building the suite

Inventory workflows, mobile scanning experience and the live dashboard are taking shape, tested against real SMB scenarios.

Late 2026 — early 2027

Private beta

A hand-picked group of small and medium businesses puts Trisys Suite to work — and shapes what ships.

Q1 2027

AutoID equipment shop

Our online store opens with professional AutoID hardware, rolled out in waves: mobile terminals first, then label printers, then the full RFID range — readers, gates and tags — all hand-picked, tested and ready to pair with Trisys Suite. Everything to buy outright or as Hardware-as-a-Service, on subscription.

Q2 2027

Trisys WMS — public release

The first product of the suite launches: warehouse and inventory management with EPC-grade item tracking, from QR to full RFID. Enterprise-grade asset intelligence, finally accessible to every business.

Q2 2028

Trisys POS — all-in-one point of sale

The suite completes the loop: a full point-of-sale built on the same item identities as Trisys WMS — sell, track and manage stock in one system, from the shelf to the receipt.

And beyond…

The full life of every item

An item's story doesn't end at the receipt. Service, warranties, rentals — the same identity follows each item through its whole life after the sale. Warehouse → sale → beyond: one item, one identity, its entire biography in one suite.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

When can I actually use Trisys Suite?

Public release is estimated for Q2 2027, with a private beta starting earlier for waitlist members. Join the waitlist above to be considered for the beta group.

Do I need to buy any hardware to start?

No. On day one all you need is a printer for QR labels and the smartphones your team already carries. Professional terminals, printers and RFID equipment are there when — and only when — your volume justifies them. And even then you won't have to buy: our Hardware-as-a-Service plans get you professional equipment on a monthly subscription, with support and replacement included.

Is QR really enough, or will I regret not going RFID?

They're different tools on the same platform. QR gives you serialized, item-level tracking at near-zero cost; RFID adds bulk, hands-free scanning at industrial speed. Because both carry the same EPC-standard identities, you can move from one to the other — or mix them — without migrating anything.

What if it turns out not to fit my business?

That's exactly the trap we designed against. There's no big-bang implementation: you start with a handful of items and a phone, prove it on your real daily work, and only scale what's already working. No consultants, no migration project, no lock-in — your data stays exportable at every step. The cost of finding out is a few labels, not a failed rollout.

What about the barcodes and SKUs I already use?

They stay. Trisys identities live alongside your existing product codes and map onto GS1 standards, so your current numbering, suppliers and integrations keep working.

Which printers will it work with?

Any label printer that speaks ZPL — the industry's most widely supported printing language — managed directly from the cloud, with first-class support for linerless media and dynamic label formats.

Where does my data live?

In the cloud, hosted in the EU, under GDPR. Your inventory data belongs to you — exportable at any time through the API.
